In foodservice, training needs to make sure employees can deliver the exact, correct product to a huge volume of customers at a fast pace.
Robert relates his experience in creating foodservice training, and explains why new employee orientations are perhaps the most important piece of training in that industry.
We also discuss the importance of awareness of tech gaps. By that, we mean that online learning is less of an option when the learners don't have access to the internet!
